Hon’ble Ms. Justice Mandeep Pannu

Born on 10th February, 1969, to S. Tek Singh Bhullar and Smt. Davinder Bhullar. Completed schooling at Alexandra High School, Amritsar, and thereafter, obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Science. Subsequently, obtained LL.B. degree from Punjabi University, Patiala.

Joined the Punjab Judicial Services in December, 1994, as Sub Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate. While in service, further enhanced academic qualifications by obtaining an LL.M. degree from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.

Promoted to the Punjab Superior Judicial Services as Additional District and Sessions Judge in the year 2008 and served at various stations across the State of Punjab. Thereafter, promoted as District and Sessions Judge in the year 2018. Also served as Legal Remembrancer-cum-Principal Secretary to the Government of Punjab. Elevated as an Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on 4th August, 2025.
